What To Expect



The S&C sock club is for everyone. Whether you are a novice sock knitter, or a more advanced addict who wants to simply join in with the fun, we have something for you.

Our sock club subscription is a bit different. Not only will you receive a gorgeous sock yarn, sock pattern, an exclusive Cornish stitch marker and gift every other month, but you will also be able to join our online social group where everyone wants to create great socks.

​

In our online forum you will get lots of video tutorials and info with each release, Sock Club Socials and Q&A sessions, and the option of additional 1:1 online tuition if you need it.

 

You will also get support, knowledge, and encouragement from other sock knitters through our secure online group chat throughout the knit.

Prices:

Monthly subscription - £22 per month/ 1:1 access optional
6 monthly subscription - £125 + 1 free 1:1 session (Save £14.50)
Annual subscription - £240 + 3 free 1:1 sessions (Save £46.50)

1:1 Sessions

Each session is £7.50 and a maximum of 30 minutes


Note: If you live outside the UK we will add the additional cost of postage before we dispatch your sock box. You will be invoiced for this separately.

Terms & Conditions

1:1 Tutorial T&Cs
  • Each session is a maximum of 30 minutes
  • Each session will be booked direct through our website or via email
  • If the session is cancelled within 24 hours you will not be able to receive a refund or re-schedule.
Subscription Cancellation
  • If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription with us, you must cancel 1 calendar month before your next payment is due to be collected.
  • If your payment has been cancelled before the 1 month period this may result in being invoiced for the following month’s box.
  • By subscribing to our Sock Club you are agreeing to pay recurring periodic subscriptions for an indefinite time until cancelled by you.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time after the first 2 months of payment. You will not be charged for any cancellations.
  • Subscription prices are fixed until March 31st 2024.
Delivery Address

Deliveries are made to the address provided during signup unless written notification to change this delivery address is provided by you. Stitches and Cream cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that do not reach the customer due to an incorrect delivery address being provided.

Dispatch

Your order will be fulfilled by the dispatch date set out in the Welcome Email or unless there are exceptional circumstances. Stitches and Cream will aim to notify you in a reasonable time if there will be a delay in dispatch. Stitches and Cream cannot accept responsibility for any delays in delivery that are out of our control.

Forum/Facebook Group

Access to the closed Forum and the Facebook group is limited to current subscribers only. Once you have cancelled your subscription, you will be removed from the closed Facebook group and any affiliated groups, regardless of the date the subscription has been cancelled.
